Запрет не очень жёсткий.
В том же пункте есть исключения :

Exception No. 1: Install individual sprinklers having a higher temperature rating as needed based on ambient
temperature conditions (such as near unit heater outlets). Ensure the higher-temperature sprinklers are of
the same make, model, type, K-Factor, RTI, and orientation as the lower-temperature sprinklers.
Exception No. 2: An upright sprinkler may be substituted for an obstructed pendent sprinkler provided it
has the same K-factor, nominal temperature rating, nominal RTI, and recommended sprinkler spacing as the
pendent sprinkler and is compatible for the occupancy hazard.
Exception No. 3: Sprinklers installed under lower ceilings are not considered ”on the same system.” See
recommendations in Section 2.1.1.4 if the lower ceiling is open-grid, or Section 2.1.1.5 if the lower ceiling is
solid.
Exception No. 4: When two different occupancy hazards are adjacent to each other and are not separated
by a wall or draft curtain, extend the design of the sprinkler system protecting the higher-hazard occupancy
a minimum of 20 ft (6.0 m) in all directions beyond the perimeter of the higher-hazard occupancy area.

В разделе 2.3.3 описаны варианты совместной установки вертикальных и настенных спринклеров.

Так о чём и речь: есть запрет, и есть исключения. А в СП5 только запреты.

Коллеги, добрый вечер
Решаю аналогичную задачу - тушение мех. парковки с KLAUS.
Получается помещение парковки у нас одна интенсивность и расход для сплинкерной системы, а местах установки двухярусных агрегатов 2-й расход и сложносочиненная интенсивность.
Какие формулировки применяли в СТУ для защиты технологических решений?
Буду благодарен за опыт, мысли, идеи.

тут правильнее для понимания СП 5.13130.2009 п. 5.2.15, так как подъемники (технологическое оборудование) с площадками шириной свыше 0,75м и высотой свыше 0,7м. "...следует дополнительно
под эти площадки установить спринклерные оросители или распылители". Интенсивность должна быть нормативной на каждой площадке (?).
Вопрос в том, что площадки подвижные и прям под них не установишь.

Уважаемые коллеги, применял ли кто-либо на системе АПТ устройство принудительного пуска УПП Старт-3 от "ПО Спецавтоматика" для запуска нижнего яруса спринклеров при двухуровневом хранении автомобилей в автостоянке?

По принудительному пуску - явное удорожание. Я занимаюсь "переделкой" готовых проектов до рабочего состояния и сдаваемого состояния с урезанием лишнего и дорогого, то принудительный пуск - нарушение принципов работы хотя конечно идет в разрез с инженерной логикой.

Очень интересно, как рассчитывать расход воды, если не применять принудительный пуск? В СТО 420541.005 Гефест для полумеханизированных двухуровневых парковок в примере приведена схема: 3+3 авто (6+6 спринклеров). Но без принудительного пуска надо будет считать по нормированной площади АУП (120/90 кв.м) со всеми спринклерами, попадающими в эту зону в обоих уровнях. А это может и более чем в 2 раза потребовать увеличение воды, что не всякий водопровод выдержит даже для ТРВ-НД. Насколько "легко" можно "переделать" проект, выкинув из него принудительный пуск?
