Как вернуть всё на исходные позиции ?
как быть в этой ситуации ?
Про MBC:
6FH Error – Failure of the Air Servo Motor
• Isolate the burner from the power supply and check the lead connections at the motor and controller for a positive location.
• Disconnect the servo motor from the air damper shaft. With the gas supply isolated restart the burner and check the display runs through the “Check servo drive” displays. If 6FH is reported, the servo motor and lead should be replaced. Under no circumstances attempt to dismantle the servo motor to attempt repair.
• Check that the air damper shaft rotates freely. Check the damper blade runs clear of the inlet casting in all positions. Check that the bearings fitted at each end of the air damper shaft run free and smooth. Clean and lubricate the bearing surfaces with copper grease if necessary.
• Re-fit the servo motor to the air damper shaft. Check that no end load is transmitted to the servi motor when tight. Check that the servo motor sits square to the air damper shaft. If necessary, fit shim washers to correct any misalignment or excess end loading.
6FH Error – Failure of the Gas Servo Motor
• Isolate the burner from the power supply and check the lead connections at the motor and controller for a positive location.
• If a 3 metre long lead is fitted, replace with a 1.5 metre lead. (There is a known problem with using a long lead in some applications).
• Remove the gas valve/motor assembly from the gasline and check for ingress of foreign matter. Clean and re-fit.
• If the gas servo motor continues to report 6FH then a replacement valve/motor should be fitted. It is not possible to service the valve and motor assembly.
