не получается прогрузить контроллер XCL8010 (Excel5000) в quick builder от SymmetrE 410.2
так в Stantion выглядит единственный найденный контроллер

на самой железке горит постоянно лампочка тревожной аварийной сигнализации (после ресета на некоторое время перестает гореть, но ненадолго, спустя некоторое время/действия загорается опять)
так же на контроллере не горят линки c-bus, равно как они не горят и на BNA
подключение выглядит так:
компьютер -> ethernet кабель в BNA3-1C -> от BNA3-1C идет c-bus в контроллер
БНА прошита наконец-то актуальной прошивкой под этот контроллер и данное ПО.
в панели управления вроде C-BUS настроено (скрин: http://s020.radikal.ru/i701/1407/ab/9b3d471ad1f5.jpg)
не знаю, нужны ли еще какие то данные
помогите, пожалуйста, буду рад любой помощи
настраиваю первый раз в своей жизни, до этого с подобным ПО не работал совершенно, к сожалению.
